As a valued customer, we thought it important to let you know that during this unusual time, following government guidance and in the interest of the health and well being of our staff and others, our service is regrettably limited to the above level until February 8th.
If you have placed an order with us, we’ll be trying our very best to get it to you in a timely fashion. You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. To receive your refund, please email [email protected] quoting your order number. You will receive your refund but there may be a small delay given the circumstances.
Throughout this uncertain period, the level of service we're able to provide is of course, subject to changes about which you'll be fully updated as efficiently as possible.
